I've been in construction for more than 30 years, and in that time I've had the opportunity to build a little bit of everything—homes, commercial buildings, developments, remodels, and plenty of projects that didn't fit neatly into a category. Every one of them has taught me something, and I still enjoy the process of taking an idea on paper and figuring out how to build it well.
One thing I've learned is that a successful project isn't just about the finished building. It's about how you get there. I believe in being straightforward with people, communicating when there's a problem, and finding solutions instead of making excuses. Construction will always have challenges. Experience doesn't mean challenges disappear—it means you know how to deal with them when they come.
Keystone has grown and changed a lot over the years, but the way I approach the business really hasn't. I want to build projects we're proud to put our name on, work with people we'd be happy to work with again, and finish every project knowing we did what we said we were going to do.

Andrew represents the next generation of Keystone Development, bringing a fresh perspective to a company built on more than 30 years of experience. He leads Keystone's marketing and technology efforts, helping us better tell our story while developing new tools that improve communication, organization, and the overall client experience.
That includes Keystone Command, our construction management platform designed to give clients greater visibility into their projects while preserving the personal, hands-on approach Keystone was built on.
